Jay Oberst is the best!!!I was on the phone with a different car dealership who was trying to persuade me to buy a much older car with crazy monthly payments. During that call Jay phoned and asked me to come in. Within an half hour, I was at Ed Martin Nissan test driving a car and providing Jay with all my info. Well, the first car I test drove didn’t work out. Jay and I talked about a different car and said he’d contact me in a few days. Within 15 minutes of leaving Ed Martin, Jay phoned and asked me to come back to the dealership. I’m thinking ok, he needs me to test drive the car we talked before buying. When I arrived back to Ed Martin, I see the SUV we talked about warming up. As Jay approached me he said I was approved for the SUV. I said “No Way”!!! While test driving this 2012 Dodge Journey, Jay then tells me, “you can drive home with it tonight”. Again, I screamed “No Way”!!! Recently I was searching for a Nissan GTR. As being a women another dealership did not take my interest seriously and gave me false hope of helping me in any way. I was on my own and was treated as like I didn’t matter to them or want my business? Some of the worst coaster service I have ever experienced in my life. Not to mention I had purchased a brand new 370z just 2 years prior with them and my mother purchased a car shortly after as well. I inquired online about wanting to trade in my 370z and Chad responded almost immediately. He was very interested in speaking with me and set up a time that same day at Ed Martin Nissan for me to come in. Opon arriving at the dealership I was greated and treated so nicely by the staff. I sat down and spoke with Chad letting him know that for the last couple years I have been very interested in the Nissan GTR and wanted to see what they could do for me and what options I had. I preferred used and knew that they would have to track one down for me. Which the other dealership I previously worked with did not want to take the time or effort. Chad got on it right away! Amazing how many options he came up with for me in no time. Within 20 mins he found me my dream car. After crunching some numbers the next day I got an amazing deal on my Nissan GTR!! If your looking for a great experience and an honest Nissan dealership then Ed Martin Nissan is just the place! All of the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Man P. the finance manager made me feel at home during the entire process. I will be a loyal customer to Ed Martin for the future and sending all friends and family Chads way. I purchased my new Altima from Ed Martin Nissan and I love my car. The sales staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had the exact options and color I wanted. I just took it in for it’s first oil change and I was greeted by the sales person who sold me the car and he spent about 10 minutes with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the car. Bought a used 2006 srt8 300 my salesman was Dan Pedersen he was a very nice guy and very friendly he worked quickly and had me approved before I could make it there from Kokomo Indiana this was my 9th car purchase at age 21 and the smoothest I don’t think I’ve ever felt that satisfied before. The SRT 8 is a beast!!! The financial manger was friendly I was done with paper work in 10 mins I would say it took maybe an hour with test drive them looking over my trade and signing paper work. These guys are awesome!

We visited the dealership 7-8 times over 4 weeks test driving many models (new & used) & various trim packages before we settled on a new Highlander. I have been an Acura owner since 2005! I have been taking my car here for years until I moved to Charlotte. I only deal with Jolene!!! I have been in Charlotte for two years and cannot find a place there I trust to work on my car. I have taken it to The dealerships in Columbia, Charlotte and Johnson City. Only to call and check pricing and suggested repairs with Jolene. She knows I can’t bring my car in because I no longer live in Indy. I have spoken to her at least 5 times on the phone over the last two years about advice on the car. I was so disappointed with dealerships in the Carolina’s I drove 10 hours here for Christmas to have it serviced at Ed Martin! My car has over 200,000 miles on it and only needed a few small repairs. They quoted $266 when Columbia quoted $2,500 for parts I repaired this year! If you have any question about taking your car to this dealership…. Deal with Jolene. She will tell you what you need to know. Hey, if I drove 10 hours by myself just to take it to her you know it’s worth it!!!!!

The service at this dealership is and has always been the best. Cost for the work is discussed up front, work completed in a professional manner, and the customer service team is top notch. I purchase Acuras because of the quality of the car but I keep coming back to this particular dealership because of their service department. I took the car in for routine service not a repair.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who leased her 3rd vehicle from Ed Martin Honda. Karl, whom we have dealt with about a year ago, took care of her ABOVE AND BEYOND! She was contacted by them for a lease trade in special, and I immediately had reservations because we had just leased her 2013 Accord EX in May 2013 (It’s not August). Not only did Karl painstakingly take care of our new needs, but he was able to get her into a 2014 Accord EXL, which we did not expect to happen! Karl and the finance team at Ed Martin have blown us away 3 times now with their honest pricing, straightforward financing options, and well educated staff. We anticipate on purchasing our EXL at lease end, but I know with Karl and staff, we will likely be back for any future purchases! By far the highest quality service and top notch experience for sales and service! Definitely THE Indy Honda dealer, and ask for Karl!
